Which asbestos survey do you need?
- A sample test if you're worried about one item, such as an Artex ceiling or garage roof.
- A management survey for peace of mind in a pre-2000 home you're buying or living in.
- A refurbishment and demolition survey before building work, as described in HSE guidance HSG264 (HSE).
